Air Source Heating

Becoming increasingly popular for home-owners today. A fan run system draws in warmth from the air and converts this into heating for the home, including water heating (for bathroom and kitchen etc)

A unit (typically looks like an air conditioning unit) is installed outside (behind the house) and runs constantly in the background.

As with any renewable energy source, it does pay to evaluate initial outlay, with general running costs and pay-back (if any applies)

We feel well placed to do this, as our focus is to help you heat your home effectively, by whichever means you feel most comfortable with. In addition to this, we are able to provide clear costings and even comparisons vs other renewable sources (plus traditional methods if of interest)

There are plenty of reputable companies selling just air source heating, but as you would expect, they will have a very positive outlook on the technology. With the greatest will in the world - are they going to provide up-to-date and accurate information on alternative renewables? The reality is - some will and some won't.

TSi Pro work for you to evaluate heating solutions and when relevant, identify any new technologies we feel will be of interest and (above all) benefit you.

Ground Source Heating

As the sun shines down on the ground, heat is absorbed. This heat often goes to waste.

Utilising heat stored in the ground can be a very cost-effective way to heat your home, run hot water and even heat the swimming pool!

Collectors are used in the ground to distribute heat through pipes running into your home, connected to water tanks and boilers (etc) Due to the nature of ground heat source, a lot of work is involved, in terms of excavating your garden (or grounds) to install all the equipment required. There is also a number of ways to distribute the collectors, including drilling (not in all cases) but we can take care of everything for you.

As you can imagine, most ground source heating projects are installed on new-build sites, but if you can put up with a little mess for a short while, the benefits can be fantastic for you and of real benefit to the environment. If you are unsure, please don't worry - our experts can talk you through every aspect of the job OR discuss with you alternative, renewable options.

We can provide you with a full estimate of costs and a timescale to complete the works, utilising our team of experienced and qualified tradesmen.

Please call us to book an appointment and we will be delighted to meet you.
